So many of you expressed interest in the Intuition Gym, and honestly, I didn't expect to receive so many emails. Thank you!!!
This is a project that is especially close to my heart because intuition is one of the most valuable tools we possess. It is inherent to our nature, remarkably effective, available to everyone—and it's completely free. With this Gym, all I'm trying to do is help you become aware of that and give us the opportunity to develop it together through practice. We literally have gold in our hands!
But what exactly is intuition?
Intuition is the ability to perceive, know, or understand something without relying on conscious reasoning. It's that familiar inner voice that speaks before the analytical mind has had time to process a situation—and it always acts in our best interest. It never sets out to mislead us.
Psychic abilities are forms of what is often called extrasensory perception—perceptions that go beyond our five ordinary senses. These include clairvoyance, telepathy, precognitive dreams, mediumship, precognition, and many other fascinating abilities.
Isn't that absolutely fascinating?
Whether we're talking about intuition or psychic abilities, one thing is certain: they develop through practice. Just like physical training, intuitive development requires consistency. You don't build a muscle in a single workout, and intuition works the same way. That said, from my own experience, I can tell you that results can sometimes come surprisingly quickly. Still, the more consistently we practice, the more our abilities grow. That is exactly the purpose of the Intuition Gym. This isn't a passive, theory-based class. It's a hands-on practice session made up of a variety of exercises. Throughout the evening, I'll explain why we're doing each exercise and what it is designed to develop.
I wanted these exercises to happen in person and as a group because my goal is to build a community of curious, open-minded people. While this type of practice can absolutely be done online, I believe we all deeply miss genuine human connection. Practicing together in person also makes it easier to perceive subtle energetic dynamics.
We come together to experiment, practice, try different approaches, learn from both our successes and our mistakes, and above all, build confidence. There is nothing to prove here. This isn't a performance—it's a space for exploration where everyone progresses at their own pace in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
I'm here to learn too, and many times I'm completely "wrong"! But one thing I've found to be true is that consistent practice always leads to meaningful progress.
Whether you're a complete beginner or already practice tarot, pendulum work, mediumship, Reiki, astrology, or any other intuitive discipline, you are more than welcome.

What to bring?
Objects: Bring 1 to 3 objects that have personal significance to you. Avoid random items with no personal connection. It could be a key, a piece of jewelry, a book, a tool, an item of clothing, or anything else that is meaningful to you. Ideally, these objects should belong exclusively to you.
A hidden object challenge: Take a photo of one of your personal objects, hide it somewhere, and make sure the photo doesn't reveal where it's hidden.
Your divination tools (optional): Feel free to bring your tarot deck, oracle cards, pendulum, crystal ball, divination dice, or any other intuitive tools you enjoy working with.
A water bottle and comfortable clothing: We'll be sitting on mats in the gym, so wear something comfortable that allows you to relax and fully participate in the exercises.
A yoga mat (if you have one): There should be floor cushions available, but I recommend bringing a yoga mat just in case.
No previous experience is required. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.
Your intuition and psychic abilities are like muscles—the more you use them, the stronger they become. Let's train them together. 💪
